WHEY ULTIMATE has in its formulation a unique digestive enzyme making this product light on stomach with no bloating effect.
Take 2 servings (60 g) daily. Mix 1 scoop (30 g) in 200 ml to 250 ml of cold water, and consume twice daily, preferable 30 min pre-workout and immediately post-workout. On non-training days, mix 1 scoop (30 g) in 200ml to 250ml of cold water, consume first thing in the morning and between meals.
